Welcome to The Tampa Real Estate Maestro's profile page. Founder and CEO of Wholesale Coaching, Inc., I am THE wholesale real estate coach to the new investor, period. I am unique: I coach my house flipping students directly, one-on-one, where most real estate gurus have a team of coaches.
I had a coach guide me from being an under-achieving cubicle slave to making over $20,000 per month! After all, no one makes it alone in the real estate wholesaling business.
I know first-hand what it takes to get past the fear, learn the ropes, and make big money...and proved it over and over for four years in a difficult Tampa, Florida real estate market before launching my coaching practice.
You see, wholesale real estate investment is my business, but coaching and mentoring others to have successful lives is my passion!
That's one reason I have over 150 students nationwide with whom I work closely. They prove that with the right motivation, instruction and systems, you can learn how to flip houses fast, with little or no risk... and smile all the way to the bank.
Outrageous, perhaps... but I also make myself accessible to my real estate coaching clients 6 days per week, 52 weeks of the year (even on my honeymoon!) for personal mentoring... helping you work through every aspect of your deals... to ensure your success... not some indirect contact through a forum or webinar like most other coaching programs.
I even show how to make the sales without ever having to go to the bank! Sweet...
Personally? I do straight wholesale flips in the Tampa Bay area, with a special process that generates a steady stream of leads of buyers and sellers. But I cover a spectrum of real estate wholesaling transactions in my coaching program, as well as sample documents and checklists for just about everything.
My systems really work. I said goodbye to contract cancellations a long time ago. I learned how to eliminate risk. I ended long holding periods and costly rehab drudgery, and I proved you can make money in any real estate market, economy or geography... and do it ethically as a service to both hungry buyers and eager sellers.
My credo comes from The Bible - Leviticus 25:14 (NIV):
"If you sell land to one of your countrymen or buy any from him, do not take advantage of each other."

My biggest rub? I hate seeing novices get burned jumping into this business after watching Armando Montelongo and others flip houses on TV. You need the tools and education... and an experienced mentor... or you can lose your shirt... or be holding and holding on to costly inventory from now to kingdom come.
